The Company destroys the information immediately after the purpose of personal information collection and use has been achieved, without exception. However, the following information is retained for the period specified for the following reasons:

Article 4 Procedures and Methods of Destroying Personal Information
The Company immediately destroys the personal information after achieving the purpose of collection and use. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows:
▶ Destruction Procedure:
Information entered by members for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (in the case of paper, to a separate file) and destroyed after being stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to retention and use period). Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for purposes other than retention unless required by law.
▶ Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a method that cannot reproduce the record.
Article 5 Personal Information Provision
The Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties in principle. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- When users have given prior consent
- When required by law or for investigation purposes under the procedure and method prescribed by law upon request from an investigative agency
Article 6 Consignment of Collected Personal Information

If you request correction of errors in personal information, the information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. In addition, if incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party of the correction process without delay to ensure correction. The Company processes information deleted or withdrawn at the request of the user or legal representative according to the specified period in "Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Collected by the Company" and ensures that it is not viewed or used for any other purpose.
Article 8 Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices
1) Purpose of using cookies: Analyze access frequency or visit time of members and non-members, track preferences and interests, track traces, and provide targeted marketing and personalized services through analysis of participation in various events and visit counts. You have the choice to install cookies. Therefore, you can allow all cookies, go through confirmation whenever a cookie is stored, or refuse all cookies in your web browser's settings.
2) How to refuse cookie settings: For example, in Internet Explorer, you can refuse cookie settings by selecting options in the web browser, allowing all cookies, checking each time a cookie is stored, or refusing all cookies.

However, if you refuse the installation of cookies, there may be difficulties in providing the service.
